This is like an advertising I am doing for the Pokemon Company and the new games, Black and White. If you really like the sprites PLEASE buy the games they are making.
And these sprites can be used here on DeviantART, to put on journals our custom boxes. No one is paying me to use these so don't say I'm stealing them. I am not. You guys usally see other people using old sprites in their little stuff and you don't complain to them. So don't start nagging me.

All rights go out to the people who made pokemon. And the pokemon games, and what not. Please do visit the officail sites and stuff.
And if you say "too bad it violates blah blah blah" then maybe people shouldn't post the sprites on the internet.

What they're doing is actually entirely fine since they gave credit to the pokemon creator. Animating sprites is a form of art. It's called pixel art. I use pokemon sprites to make avatars all the time. As long as credit is given there's nothing that DA can do.
Telling one random person not to "upload things that don't belong to him" is ridiculous. Are you going around to people who color other peoples line work and telling them that they're doing something wrong? Or telling people that redrawing an already drawn picture that since it isn't their own art work they have no right to draw it and post it on this site?
I highly doubt it, so stop harassing people for kicks. It's rude and no one will appreciate the "favor" because what they're doing is NOT against site rules.

In what way am I harassing? It's a simple warning of this site's rules. Crediting alone does not work here. You have to have FULL permission to use things that you did not create yourself. Nintendo doesn't allow people to use their official stuff at all. Most line art I find here is free to use as long as it's linked back to the original owner.

Maybe other people should stop editing these sprites and reanimating them, but you don't see me complaining.
